The buck stops with us.  If there’s a warranty claim, you deal directly with us.

We offer the following warranty:

• 20 years on PVC frames
• 5 years on sealed units
• Lifetime warranty on window hardware
• 10 year warranty on door glass inserts
• 1 year free labour on Fortress-installed products
